- Promotion Period: The Promotion does not have a defined end date. It ends when the Promotion website shows 'Campaign Closed'. The Company can close the Promotion anytime without giving prior notice.
- Eligibility: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Participation: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly. Participants unlock the reward Personal Growth Guide when two of their friends sign up via their unique invite link.
- Rewards and Prizes: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Costs and Taxes: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required. If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Changes and Termination: The Company is allowed to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant. The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Conduct and Compliance: The recipients of the reward agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties. Participants guarantee that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Exclusions and Disqualifications: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
