Introduction: The Titans of SaaS Sweepstake (hereinafter referred to as the \'Promotion\') is executed by SaaS Growth Coach, located at Kelowna, Canada, V1Y 9T1, 101-1865 Dilworth Drive, podcast@saasacademy.com (hereinafter referred to as the \'Company\'). Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period: The Promotion ends on 25 Apr 2025 11:30pm (UTC -04:00). Entries received after this date will not be considered.

Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and older who sign up for the Promotion and agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved in the Promotion are excluded from participation.

Participation: Participants have a chance to win one VIP SaaS Experience Giveaway. Participants can increase their chances of winning by sharing the Promotion using the share buttons or by having someone they referred sign up through their unique invite link. No additional communication costs will be charged for participation, and payment or purchase is required.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail no later than four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence regarding the result.

Prize Conditions: The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money. Images and descriptions of the rewards are for illustrative purposes only, and actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible.

Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties. The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to the same conditions.

Data and Privacy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company may provide this information to third parties if necessary for the delivery of prizes or rewards.

Amendments: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice, unless such changes are disadvantageous to the participant.

Liability: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.

Exclusion: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

Modification and Termination: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.

Complaints: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to podcast@saasacademy.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.

Fraud: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
