ProTuff Products Monthly "Freebie Friday" Drawing Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The ProTuff Products Monthly Drawing ("Drawing") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Participants must own a swimming pool that holds at least 5,000 gallons to be eligible to win any prizes.
- Employees of ProTuff Products LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
- Participation in the Drawing constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of ProTuff Products LLC, which are final and binding.
3. Entry Period
- The Drawing is held monthly, with the entry period beginning on the 1st day of each month and ending on the 4th Friday of the same month.
4. How to Enter
- Entries can be earned through various actions:
- Sharing the Drawing via specified social media channels.
- Referring a person who signs up through your unique link.
- Visiting designated webpages and answering questions related to ProTuff Products.
- Each action will earn points/entries, increasing the entrant's chances of winning both instant prizes and the Grand Prize.
5. Instant Prizes
- Instant prizes are awarded based on the number of points/entries earned through the specified actions.
- Instant prizes vary and are subject to availability.
6. Grand Prize
- The Grand Prize for each monthly Drawing is a Dolphin e70 robotic pool cleaner, valued at $2,000, or an equivalent value of pool-related products from Amazon, as specified by the winner.
- Once an entrant wins the Grand Prize, they are no longer eligible to win the Grand Prize in future Drawings but remain eligible for other instant prizes.
7. Newsletter Subscription
- By entering the Drawing, entrants subscribe to the "ProTuff Pool Tips" newsletter, which provides regular pool maintenance tips, product information, and discounts.
- The newsletter is sent approximately once per week.
- Entrants can unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribing disqualifies them from winning instant prizes and the Grand Prize.
- As long as entrants remain subscribed, they are eligible for the monthly Grand Prize and instant prizes based on earned points.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner of the Grand Prize will be selected in a random drawing held on the 4th Friday of each month.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing.
- If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If no alternate winner can be contacted, the prize may remain unawarded at the discretion of ProTuff Products LLC.
9. Privacy
- ProTuff Products LLC will not sell, give, or otherwise provide entrants' private information to any other company, organization, or individual.
- Entrants will not receive SPAM communications and can opt out at any time.
10. General Conditions
- ProTuff Products LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Drawing, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ProTuff Products LLC's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Drawing, as determined by ProTuff Products LLC in its sole discretion.
- ProTuff Products LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner.
11. Limitation of Liability
- By participating in the Drawing, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ProTuff Products LLC, its employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Drawing or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Governing Law
- The Drawing and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

- The Drawing is sponsored by ProTuff Products LLC, an Amazon 3rd Party seller offering ProTuff Products brand pool cleaning tools with a lifetime warranty.
