1. Giveaway Period

This is an ongoing giveaway with a new drawing held every Friday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Promotion continues weekly until otherwise announced.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Must have a valid ID and be eligible to travel internationally.

• Limit one (1) entry per person per week.

• Employees of SolarCore Nutrition™, MarketingBoost, or affiliated partners are not eligible.

• Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter

To enter the weekly giveaway:

1. Purchase a bottle of SolarCore Nutrition™ Sunshine Drops.

2. Create a short photo or video showing how you use or enjoy your Sunshine Drops.

3. Post your content on a public social media account (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Twitter/X).

4. Use the required hashtags from the official entry page, including:

   • #SunshineDropsGiveaway

   • #WinCancun

📌 Entries without the required hashtags or set to private will not be eligible.

4. Prize Description

Each week, one (1) winner will receive:

• A 5-day / 4-night resort stay for two (2) in Cancun, Mexico, powered by MarketingBoost.com

• Approximate Retail Value: $1,500 - $1,750 USD

• Prize includes accommodations only

✈️ Airfare, transportation, meals, resort fees, and any incidental expenses are NOT included.

5. Fees, Taxes & Redemption

• Winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes, resort fees (approx. $10–$14/night), and a MarketingBoost activation fee, paid using their personal debit or credit card.

• Prize must be activated and travel booked via MarketingBoost’s system.

• Limit one (1) vacation incentive redemption per household per year (per MarketingBoost policy).

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random using automated prize software.

• Weekly drawings occur every Friday at 8:00 PM ET.

• Winners will be contacted within 48 hours via the platform where the entry was posted or via email if provided.

• If a winner does not respond within 10 business days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Restrictions

• No prize substitutions or cash redemptions.

• The prize is non-transferable.

• Any fraudulent, automated, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

8. Publicity & Release

By entering, you agree to:

• Allow SolarCore Nutrition™ to use your name, likeness, social media content, and location (city/state) for promotional purposes.

• Release SolarCore Nutrition™, MarketingBoost, and associated affiliates from any liability relating to participation or prize use.

9. Privacy

All participant information is subject to SolarCore Nutrition™’s privacy policy.
Prize fulfillment is managed through MarketingBoost.com, which operates under its own privacy and compliance guidelines.

10. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and U.S. Federal Law.
