1.1. These terms and conditions govern the "Organic Smoothie Giveaway" contest ("Contest") organized by Brandstorm Inc. ("Organizer"). By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

2.1. The Contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above, residing in the United States during the Contest period.

2.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Contest Period:

3.1. The Contest will commence on June 9th, 2023, and will conclude on June 16th, 2023 ("Contest Period").

How to Participate:

4.1. To enter the Contest, participants must:

a) Enter their name and email on the contest landing and earn points by completing specific actions during the Contest Period, as outlined by the Organizer.

Prize Details:

5.1. The Contest will have two winners:

a) First Prize: $1,000 worth of organic smoothies from Natierra.

b) Second Prize: $500 worth of organic smoothies from Natierra.

5.2. The winner will be selected randomly drawn from all participants and the second prize winner will be the person that referred the grand prize winner.

5.3. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

Winner Announcement:

6.1. The winners will be notified via email provided during participation.

6.2. If a winner does not respond within seven days of the winner announcement, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Delivery of Prizes:

7.1. The Organizer will coordinate with the winners to deliver the prizes within a reasonable timeframe.

Personal Data:

8.1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to the Organizer's collection, storage, and use of their personal data for the purpose of the Contest and any related marketing activities.

8.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.

General Conditions:

9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.

9.2. The Organizer's decision regarding any aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to winner selection, is final and binding.

9.3. Participants agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities during their participation in the Contest.

9.4. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

9.5. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used for the Contest.

Limitation of Liability:

10.1. The Organizer and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from or in connection with the Contest or the prizes awarded.

10.2. Participants agree to release the Organizer and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Contest.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

 By participating in the Organic Smoothie Giveaway Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
