**Buddy Up App Referral Sweepstakes Official Rules**
1. **INTRODUCTION**
This sweepstakes is promoted by Techsavvy Divas, LLC (Buddy Upward, Co.) (the "Promoter"). By entering, the entrant ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Rules") and certify that you are eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter the sweepstakes, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. **ELIGIBILITY**
The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. **HOW TO ENTER**
To enter, you must refer Buddy Up app to friends or family during the sweepstakes period. The referred individuals must download and register on the app for the entry to be considered valid.
4. **PRIZES**
The prizes consist of gift cards provided by the Promoter. Winners will be notified via email. Prizes will not be delivered until three months after the conclusion of the sweepstakes. No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a prize is permitted, except by the Promoter, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value.
5. **SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD**
The sweepstakes period will be clearly specified in the promotional material and all entries must be received within this time.
6. **SELECTION OF WINNERS**
Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of entries. The decision of the Promoter in relation to any aspect of the sweepstakes is final and binding.
7. **NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS**
The winners will be notified by email within 30 days of the sweepstakes closing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 90 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries.
8. **PUBLICITY**
By entering the sweepstakes, you grant the Promoter the right to publicize your name, likeness and any other biographical data, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. **GENERAL TERMS**
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the sweepstakes and these Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
10. **GOVERNING LAW**
These Rules and any disputes relating hereto are subject to the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for resolution of any disputes.
11. **PRIVACY**
By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to the Promoter's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
12. **ACKNOWLEDGEMENT**
By participating in the sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand these Official Rules and agree to be bound by them.
