Terms and Conditions for Music Video Accelerator‘s Giveaway Contest as of April 5th, 2024

Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Reside in the USA
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are not employees of Music Video Accelerator or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.

1. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post online. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
2. Duration: The giveaway contest is is open now and ends on the time set on the giveaway page. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
3. Prize: The winner will receive a music video package valued at $15k+ by Music Video Accelerator. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Music Video Accelerator reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified on the livestream announcement and must be present to win. If they are not present, another winner will be selected.
5. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Music Video Accelerator to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
6. Liability: Music Video Accelerator is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Music Video Accelerator and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
7. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the USA in the state of Maryland.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the court system in the state of Maryland. The arbitration will occur in Laurel, MD, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
9. Modification: Music Video Accelerator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Music Video Accelerator also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
