Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

This competition is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the competition sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

To enter, visit [website address] and complete the online entry form. You may enter as many times as you like, but each entry must be unique. All entries must be received by 21st December at 12:00am and will be drawn on the 22nd of December NZT.

Selection of Winners

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on [22nd of December] at [4.30pm NZT]. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

Prizes

The winner will receive a 4-day all-inclusive hunting trip to New Zealand for two people, 1 hunter + guest, including:

• Accommodation
• Food and beverages
• Trophy fees
• Any land access fees if necessary
• Guides
• Transfers
• All equipment

The winner is guaranteed the opportunity to shoot a Red Stag and a Bull Tahr during the 2024 or 2025 hunting season. Airfares in the USA or to New Zealand are not included in the prize. Helicopter usage and upgrades are not included.

Upgrades

The winner can upgrade their package to include more animals, additional travel activities, or add hunters. The winner will need to pay for any additional upgrades.

Shooting a Red Stag Bigger than 360SCI

The winner can upgrade to shoot a Red Stag bigger than 360SCI, but they will need to pay for this upgrade.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The prize must be used within two years of the drawing date.
• The prize must be used during the New Zealand hunting season, typically June to July to guarantee trophies - A Monarch Pursuits team member will work with you to find an appropriate date for usage.
• The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
• The competition sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without notice.
• If you have already booked with us this prize is an additional hunt to the one you have already booked and you can not exchange it.

Liability Waiver

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the competition sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize.

Data Protection

The competition sponsor will collect and use the personal information of entrants to administer the competition and award the prize. Your data will not be used by any other third parties or sold. The competition sponsor will also use entrants' personal information to contact them about other competitions, news, and hunting packages unless the entrant opts out. Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by contacting the competition sponsor at [enquiries@monarchpursuits.com] or unsubscribing via email.

Intellectual Property Rights

The competition sponsor owns all intellectual property rights in the competition and the prize. Entrants grant the competition sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their names and likenesses in any promotional materials related to the competition.

Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition will be resolved by binding arbitration by the rules of the New Zealand Arbitration Centre.
