- Promotion Name: The contest shall be referred to as the 'Church Flow Pro Humble Lamb Contest' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion').
- Company Information: The Promotion is executed by Church Flow Pro, LLC, located at 120 E. Main Street, Humble, Texas, United States, 77338, info@churchflow.pro (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company').
- Promotion Period: The Promotion ends at 26 Apr 2024 03:00pm (UTC -08:00).
- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one of two Premium Humble Lamb Goatskin Bibles.
- Points Collection: Participants can collect points via sharing the Promotion with share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Determination: The Winner of the Contest is the Participant who collected the most points via sharing and referring and who is qualified to win as a pastor or staff pastor.
- Winner's Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Participation Agreement: Participation implies agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly. All entries will be subscribed to future communication from
- Alteration of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Participation Requirements: Participation requires to sign up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion and future marketing purposes from both Humble Lamb Bibles, Church Flow Pro, and Jacob Schmelzer Resources (Uplevel Leader, The Leader Letter).
- Exclusion of Certain Individuals: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Prize Illustrations: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, actual versions may differ.
- Prize Restrictions: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- No Additional Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and no payment or purchase is required.
- Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion of Participants: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Modification of Promotion: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to info@churchflow.pro. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
- Suspicion of Misconduct: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Participant Data: Participants guarantee that that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
