- Promotion Name and Organizer: The campaign, hereinafter referred to as "Promotion", is titled Passive Income Bots Sweepstake. The Promotion is organized and executed by Martin Ebongue Consulting, located at 6 rue cartault, hereafter referred to as "Company".
- Promotion Closure: The Promotion does not have a defined end date and will end when the Promotion website shows "Campaign Closed". The Company reserves the right to close the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Reward Unlocking: A Participant unlocks the reward when two of their friends sign up for the Promotion via their unique invite link.
- Rules of Conduct: The recipient of the reward agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Agreement to Terms: Participation in the Promotion implies agreement to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company makes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Amendment of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Participation Requirements: Participation in the Promotion requires signing up for the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion.
- Exclusion of Employees and Affiliates: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved in the Promotion are excluded from participating.
- Reward Descriptions: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes only. The actual versions may differ from those shown or described.
- Non-transferability of Prizes: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- No Additional Costs: No additional communication costs will be charged for participation in the Promotion and no payment or purchase is required.
- Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion of Participants: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Modification and Termination of Promotion: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions should be sent to [email protected]. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
- Suspicion of Fraud: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
- Accuracy of Participant Information: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company may provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Conduct of Prize Recipients: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
