Giveaway promotion conditions

This giveaway promotion is a collaboration between Sockeloen, Time and Payson. This can be a giveaway promotion on our websites, social media channels, or newsletters. Our giveaway promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation takes place when you have sent an email with the requested details, completed an entry form, or performed the requested action, depending on the type of giveaway campaign. From that moment on, you have a chance to win.

2. Participants are aware of the fact that when they participate and they agree that they can be contacted for marketing purposes through email, they will be added to the email newsletter list of Sockeloen, Time & Payson.

3. Each participant can participate with a maximum of one email address per person.

4. Participants are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when participating.

5. The duration of the giveaway promotion is: from 27-05-2024, 09:00 to 10-06-2024, 23:59. During this period, participants who follow the promotion rules and regulations will stand a chance to win the grand prize of:
   3x TIME XPRO 12 SL Pedals + Sockeloen x Payson Aero Socks & 3x TIME ATAC XC 12 Pedals + Sockeloen x Payson MTB Socks. There will be six lucky winners. One pedal set per winner. While supplies last. No purchase required.The winners will be announced after the end of the giveaway promotion.

6. To participate, a participant must have a minimum age of 18 years. All other participants are excluded from participation. Only participants residing in Europe & North America will have a chance to win the prizes.

7. The drawing of the winners will be done randomly and in an impartial manner.

8. Winners will be personally notified within 5 business days after the close of the giveaway promotion via email.

9. The winners will be announced using the name & email address used to sign-up for this giveaway.

10. No correspondence will be entered into about the results.

11. Sockeloen, Time & Payson may, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, change or modify these giveaway promotion conditions during the promotion period, or change or modify the giveaway promotion without giving any reason.

12. Winners can also be announced on the following channels (podcast/website/newsletter/email/social media). 

13. Prizes are not exchangeable for money or other goods.

14. The personal data obtained in the context of the giveaway promotion will be used by Sockeloen, Time & Payson for the giveaway promotion and will not be provided to third parties and will be destroyed afterwards. In case you opted-in for it by giving permission, Sockeloen, Time & Payson are allowed to contact you for marketing purposes.
