- Campaign Identification: The campaign, hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion', is titled 'Anodyne of Utah Valley Sweepstake'.
- Company Identification: The Promotion is executed by Anodyne of Utah Valley, located at Orem, USA, 84097, 1375 E 800 N Suite 202, utahvalley@anodynepain.com, hereafter referred to as the 'Company'.
- Promotion Duration: The Promotion will end on 31 Aug 2024 11:00pm (UTC -06:00).
- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one StemWave Pain Relief Package.
- Increased Chances: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it using the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail maximum four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Agreement to Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Eligibility: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion.
- Exclusions: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Prize Representation: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, actual versions may differ.
- Prize Conditions: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Costs and Purchase: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and no payment or purchase is required.
- Taxes: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion of Participants: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Changes to the Promotion: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions should be sent to utahvalley@anodynepain.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Violations and Frauds: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
- Participant Data: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Prize Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
