Campaign Name: This campaign shall be referred to as the Entourage Media Sweepstake or the Entrepreneur Giveaway, hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion'.

Sharing Your Email: By entering to win, you agree to share your email with Entourage Media and Nic Murdoch and acknowledge that you may be emailed from time to time about this promotion or content related to this book.

Promotion Executor: The Promotion is run by Entourage Media, located at Kettle and Stony Point FN, Canada, N0N1J1, Entourage, 9586 Blossom Rd, Entourage Media, giveaways@entouragemedia.ca, hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'.

Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends at 01 Nov 2024 10:00am (UTC -04:00).

Chance to Win: Participants have a chance to win one Ultimate Entrepreneur Giveaway.

Increasing Chances: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion via sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.

Selection of Winner: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail within one week after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.

Winner's Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Agreement to Terms: Participation implies agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.

Amendment Rights: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

Eligibility: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion.

Exclusions: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.

Prize Descriptions: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, actual versions may differ.

Prize Conditions: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.

No Additional Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and no payment or purchase is required.

Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.

Participant Exclusions: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

Modification or Termination: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.

Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to giveaways@entouragemedia.ca. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.

Violations: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

Participant's Data: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.

Recipients' Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
