Terms & Conditions

1. The giveaway is open to individuals who meet the minimum legal age for vaping as specified by the laws in their respective countries. 

2. Participants must comply with all relevant local, state, and national laws and regulations. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the contest organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

4. Winners will be selected by NASTY on 30 November, 2024.

5. All decisions made by NASTY regarding the contest are final and binding. In cases of detected fraud, NASTY reserves the right to disqualify winners and withhold prizes.

6. Winners may be required to provide proof of age and identity to verify eligibility. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Winners are responsible for any taxes or import duties incurred on the prizes.

8. The contest organizers assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or technical malfunction arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. All prizes are not covered by warranty.

10. Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the contest and awarding prizes, in accordance with the organizers' privacy policy.

11. The contest organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or if the integrity or fairness of the contest is compromised.
