- Promotion Name: The name of the campaign is defined as 'Extropian Sweepstake' and will be referred to as 'Promotion' in the following paragraphs.
- Company Information: The business executing the promotion is Extropian, located at 4 rue de la Terrasse, 75017, Paris, France. The company can be contacted at contact@extropian.co. It will be referred to as 'Company' in the following paragraphs.
- Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends at 24 Oct 2024 11:00am (UTC +02:00).
- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one slightly used Oris x Momotaro Divers 65!
- Increased Chances: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion via the actions or by sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail maximum four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties. Actions and referrals by the winner will be verified to ensure fairness among participants.
- Agreement to Terms and Conditions: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Participation Requirements: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion and later from Extropian.
Participants must enter with their real name. The name entered during the Sign-In process will be used for shipping the watch to the winner. If a fake or incorrect name is used, a new draw will be conducted.
- Exclusions: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Prize Representation: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes only, actual versions may differ.
- Prize Terms: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- No Additional Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and no payment or purchase is required.
- Tax Responsibility: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners except for the customs duties that may apply in their country.
- Participant Exclusion: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

- Suspension and Invalidity: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Validity of Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
