TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SMART HOMES HQ INC. GIVEAWAY

1. Campaign Name: The campaign herein will be referred to as the Smart Homes HQ Inc. Sweepstake (“Promotion”).
2. Promotion Organizer: The Promotion is organized and executed by Smart Homes HQ Inc. (the “Company”)., located at 282 Norene St., Midland, Canada

3. Promotion Duration: The Promotion will end on March 31, 2025, 11:59 PM EST .
4. Promotion Reward: All Participants who share the Smart Homes HQ Inc, Crowdfunding Campaign during the promotion period, will receive an additional discount off their purchase of future shares of Smart Homes HQ Inc. each time they share using our Social Media links.  The Participant who earns the greatest number of “points” for sharing our campaign, using our Social Media links,  AND the Introducer of that Participant, will WIN a set of all 8 Tiers of Smart Homes HQ Inc. signed, limited-edition NFT street-art artworks to KEEP or BURN for an agreed number of shares in the Company, after it goes Public in a Mini Initial Public Offering (M.I.P.O.). Delivery of prize depends on supplying the correct answer to the skill-testing question: 1 + 9 = ___                          
5. Increased Chances of Winning: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing our campaign via the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
6. Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail maximum four weeks after the campaign has ended. Delivery of prize depends on supplying the correct answer to the skill-testing question:  1 + 9 = ___ . There will be no other correspondence about the result.

7. Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
8. Participation Agreement: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
9. Change of Terms: The Company is allowed to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
10. Participation Requirements: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being aged 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion.
11. Exclusions: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
12. Prize Descriptions: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, actual versions may differ.
13. Prize Exchange: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
14. Participation Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and no payment or purchase is required.
15. Taxes: If required by law, the Company will pay any taxes found to be owed on this prize. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
16. Exclusion Rights: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
17. Promotion Changes: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
18. Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions should be sent to hello@smarthomeshq.com. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
19. Suspicion of Violations: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
20. Participant Data: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
21. Prize Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
22. Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
23. Winning a Prize: To win a prize, the chosen applicant must accurately answer the skill-testing question: 1 + 9 = ___.
24. Burning Your NFT: For a period of 6 months from the time of Smart Homes HQ Inc. M.I.P.O. has been legally registered as “Regulation A”, NFT Winners / Holders can choose to “burn” (digitally destroy) their NFT in exchange for an agreed number of future shares in Smart Homes HQ Inc. Winners / Holders will receive an email asking if they wish to KEEP or BURN their NFT. Those who wish to burn their NFT must respond with the correct answer to the skill-testing question within the 6 month period after receipt of the email. They will also be allowed to buy a greater number of shares at the discount earned for sharing our campaign with their network.
