PRANA and Stokes CONTEST 

OFFICIAL RULES 
Contest entitled: "PRANA X Stokes ".
Date: December 10 to December 25, 2024.

ORGANIZER: The contest is held by Prana Biovegan Inc. ("Organizer" or "Contest Organizer").

DURATION: 
The Contest runs during the following period: 
Contest begins: Date December 10, 2024 Time: 8:00 am
Contest ends: Date December 25, 2024 Time: 2:00 pm

ELIGIBILITY:  The contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the legal age of majority on the date of entry. Not eligible: directors, officers, executives, employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizer, its parent company, any company, trust or other legal entity controlled by or related to it, any participating store, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, members of the immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother, legal or de facto spouse, regardless of place of residence) of the aforementioned persons or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related or not).

PARTICIPATION / NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: 
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. One winner will receive 1 PRANA electronic gift card of $500 AND 1 Stokes electronic gift card of $500, for a total value of $1000.. Fill in the form on https://upvir.al/162475/lp162475 completing all fields and any other information requested. All data entry fields on the registration form must be completed, unless indicated as optional.

Limit - Entrants must comply with the following limits, failing which they may be disqualified: Complete all fields requested in the entry form. Limit one entry per entrant's e-mail address.

PRIZE : The prize available to be won and its approximate retail value is as follows: 1 PRANA electronic gift card of $500 AND 1 Stokes electronic gift card of $500, for a total value of $1000.

Odds of winning and number of prizes: 
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.

Manufacturer's warranty only. No warranty other than that of the manufacturer or supplier of the prize will apply. The Organizer is not responsible for the prize once awarded. The prize is subject to the prize supplier's terms and conditions of use.

The draw will take place automatically via the upviral application. Drawing details: random selection from all valid entries during the contest period.

PRIZE CLAIMS : 
In order to be declared a winner, any selected entrant must A) be reached by telephone or respond by e-mail to the Contest Organizer within 3 days (72 hours) of the draw. Any selected entrant who cannot be reached following appropriate and reasonable efforts by the Contest Organizer during this period will be disqualified and a new draw will be held to award the prize. Should a selected entrant be contacted by e-mail, he/she must reply in accordance with the instructions provided therein, if applicable. Any prize notification e-mail followed by a statement to the effect that the message could not be delivered will result in the disqualification of the entrant and the selection of a new entrant; b) sign the Declaration and Exoneration of Liability Form that will be sent to him/her by the Organizer and return it to the Organizer within 10 days of the date of its receipt; c) answer the mathematical skill-testing question correctly and without mechanical or other assistance of any kind; d) provide photo identification upon request and in a timely manner; e) the prize will be sent to you within a maximum of 15 days following the end of the Contest and receipt of your Declaration and Release Form. Failure to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in these rules or to accept the prize will result in disqualification of the selected entrant. In such a case, the Contest Organizer may, at its discretion, cancel the prize or hold a new draw from among the remaining eligible entries until an entrant is selected and declared a winner. If no entrant is declared a winner within 60 days of the original draw, the prize will be forfeited.

Refusal to accept a prize 
A selected entrant's refusal to accept a prize under the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules releases the Contest Organizer from any obligation related to the prize towards that person. 

Awarding of prizes 
No prize will be awarded until the winner has been confirmed. No prize is transferable. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution in cash or otherwise, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize (or part of the prize) of the same kind and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize (or part of the prize) as stated in these Contest Rules.

Prize claim costs 
Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in connection with claiming or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Limited prizes In no event will the Contest Organizer be required to award more prizes or award a prize other than in accordance with these rules.
