Official Sweepstakes Rules
By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Easy Life Store Pvt Ltd, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
By entering the Sweepstakes, you:
- Confirm you are 18+ years old and a resident of India.
- Agree to follow Indian laws and all rules set by Easy Life Store Pvt Ltd.
- Understand that no purchase is necessary to participate or win.
- Grant permission for the Sponsor to use your name, image, and location for promotions, as allowed by law.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Residents of countries outside India are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Easy Life Store Pvt Ltd (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is governed by Indian law and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You can earn an Additional Entry in the Sweepstakes by referring a friend aged 18 or older through the instructions on the screen (“Additional Entry”). The referred friend must enter the Sweepstakes through your referral link for you to earn an additional entry. All entries must be received by 11/01/2025 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

If a winner is unable to receive the prize, it will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected per these Official Rules from the remaining eligible entries. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the Sponsor.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about 11/01/2025 by a representative from the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone.
At the Sponsor's discretion, winners may be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance and possibly an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of the completed Affidavit/Release or prize notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, or if the Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If the winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian, who must execute the Affidavit/Release on the minor’s behalf.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
- No substitutions are permitted except if the prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.
- Prizes are non-redeemable for cash, non-assignable, and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse.
- Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
By entering and accepting the prize, participants grant permission for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Easy Life Store Pvt Ltd and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes are not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized tampering, incomplete entries, or any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or prize use.
ARBITRATION:
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in India.
WINNERS LIST:
Personal information collected from participants will be used by Easy Life Store Pvt Ltd for administering the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted by its Privacy Policy. Easy Life Store Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter the rules of the Sweepstakes at any time.
