- Promotion Name: The name of the campaign is defined as 'Win A Mastermind In Paradise Sweepstakes', hereafter referred to as 'Promotion'.
- Company Identification: The Promotion is executed by eight entrepreneurs that are a part of the Million Dollar Strategic Alliance Mastermind. This is run by Tom Matzen, serial entrepreneur, located at 576 Artisan Lane, Bowen Island, BC, Canada, V0N 1G2, hereafter referred to as 'Company'.
- Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends at 30 Nov -0001 12:00am (UTC -07:00).
- Prize Information: Participants have a chance to win one Mastermind In Paradise Prize Package worth $31,500 USD. Note there is no cash value for this prize.
- Chance Increase: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link. In fact, each person you refer earns you ten more entries to win the Grand Prize. This is a Bonus Entry Sweepstakes.
- Winner Selection: Ten Finalists will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail the evening of Thursday Jan 30th, 2025. Each finalist will be required to attend Day Three of the Strategic Alliance Live Virtual Event where the ten finalists will participate in a live draw for the Grand Prize. There will be no other correspondence about the result and you must be present to win.
- Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- All entry data will be shared with the eight entrepreneurs organizing and funding this Sweepstakes, some Faculty. and no one else. By entering the sweepstakes, you consent to that. Of course, you may withdraw or unsubscribe from any or all of the eight entrepreneurs lists after the sweepstakes ends.
- Agreement to Terms and Conditions: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Participation Requirements: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion .and follow-up communication from the eight organizing entrepreneurs.
- Exclusion of Certain Individuals: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Prize Illustration: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ.
- Prize Conditions: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Participation Costs: For participation in Promotion, no additional communication costs will be charged, nor any payment or purchase required. However, the Grand Prize Winner may incur some travel expenses to fully participate in the Mastermind In Paradise Contest Experience.
- Tax Information: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Right to Exclude Participants: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Right to Modify or Terminate Promotion: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to tom@ravingfansforlife.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Right to Suspend Participation: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, abuse, or email unsubscribe, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of communication, prizes, or rewards.
- Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
