- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one Ultimate Shoreline Explorer Package. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Participation: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion. No additional communication costs will be charged, and payment or purchase is required for participation. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Increasing Chances: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion via sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.

- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
