- Introduction: The following Terms and Conditions apply to The InBurton Insider Contest, hereafter referred to as the 'Promotion', executed by InBurton.co.uk, located at Burton on Trent, United Kingdom, DE15, hereafter referred to as the 'Company'.
- Promotion Period: The draw ends at 28 Feb 2025 11:30pm (UTC +01:00).
- Eligibility: Participation in the Promotion requires signing up, being age 18 or older, and choosing whether to receive newsletters and emails from The InBurton Insider. Employees of the Company offering the prize or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from participating in the Promotion.
- Participation: Participants can collect points by sharing the Promotion using share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link. Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Winner Selection: The winner of the Contest is the Participant who is chosen at random once the draw ends. The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties at any locations involved. The winner also agrees that his name can be published to allow InBurton Insider readers to know who won the draw. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Prize: The prize is described on the draw entry page. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, and actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money. If any winner is under the age of 18 years then they will not receive any alcoholic drinks that may be part of this prize.
- Costs and Taxes: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged, and no payment or purchase is required. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Modification and Termination: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the Participant. The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Exclusion and Suspension: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Complaints: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to chris@inburton.co.uk. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
- Data and Privacy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary but only for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this draw and not to Facebook, Twitter or Google.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
