- Introduction: These Terms and Conditions apply to the 'Sweat Sweepstake' Promotion organized by Justin Glaser, Justin Glaser, justin@sweatthebook.com, hereinafter referred to as 'Company'. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion will end on 18 Apr 2025 09:00am (UTC - 5). The Company reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time before the end date.
- Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from participating.
- Entry and Participation: To enter, participants must sign up for the Promotion. No additional communication costs will be charged, and no purchase is required. Participants can increase their chances of winning by sharing the Promotion via the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up using their unique invite link.
- Email Sign-Up: By entering your email and signing up, you consent to receive ongoing emails from Justin Glaser and from Clearlight.
- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one Clearlight Sanctuary 2 in Mahogany. Images and descriptions of the prize are for illustrative purposes, and actual versions may differ. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail within four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Conduct and Behavior: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Data and Privacy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company may provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes.
- Taxes: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes in this Promotion are tax-free for the winners.
- Amendments: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Exclusion and Termination: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions should be sent to justin@sweatthebook.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
