Raytattoos Tattoo Cover-Up Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Raytattoos Tattoo Cover-Up Giveaway (the “Contest”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by Raytattoos (“Sponsor”), located at IslandCity Tattoos, 5456 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the start date of the Contest.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and their immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on [1/27/2025] and ends on February 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter

• Participants must fill out the entry form on the official contest page.
• For every referred friend who enters the Contest using the participant’s unique referral link, the participant will receive additional entries.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

• Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a custom half-sleeve tattoo or cover-up designed by Raytattoos, including the use of numbing cream for the session.
• The prize has an estimated retail value of $1,500.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about March 5, 2025.
• The Sponsor will notify the winner via email or phone provided during entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Conditions of Participation

• By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• The winner must agree to sign a release form before receiving the prize.
• The tattoo session must be scheduled by June 30, 2025, or the prize may be forfeited.
• The winner agrees to allow Raytattoos and IslandCity Tattoos to use their name, likeness, and photos of the completed tattoo for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Sponsor is not responsible for:
  • Technical failures of any kind (e.g., website outages, email delivery issues).
  • Incomplete or incorrect entries.
  • Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

9. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Tampers with the entry process.
• Violates these Terms & Conditions.
• Engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

10. Privacy Policy

By entering the Contest, participants agree to the Sponsor’s use of their personal information for Contest administration and promotional purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to the Contest

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Baltimore, Maryland.
