- Introduction: These Terms and Conditions apply to the ViTAC Solutions Sweepstake (hereafter referred to as 'Promotion'), executed by VitalOps, LLC, located at Sheridan, WY, USA, 82801, Justin McAllister, 30 N Gould St, Suite R, VitalOps, LLC, Info@ViTACsolutions.com (hereafter referred to as 'Company').
- Promotion Period: The Promotion ends on April 30, 2025. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.
- Eligibility: Participation in the Promotion requires signing up, being 18 years of age or older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from participating.
- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one Ultimate Tactical Gear Bundle. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ.
- Increasing Chances: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion via sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail no later than four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Winner's Obligations: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Agreement to Terms: Participation in the Promotion implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Prize Conditions: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Costs and Purchases: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required.
- Tax Responsibility: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion of Participants: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Modification and Termination: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions should be sent to Info@ViTACsolutions.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Accuracy of Information: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
