Promotion Overview: The BraveHeartsTV Sweepstake, referred to as 'Promotion', is executed by BraveHeartsTV Network Inc, located at Springfield, Suite R, United States, 62704, 2501 Chatham Road, referred to as 'Company'. The Promotion ends on April, 28th 2025. If we receive less than 1,000 entries by April 28th, 2005, the promotion will be rolled into the next promotion and continue until at least the minimum number of 1000 entries is reached, and a drawing can be scheduled.

Prize: Participants have a chance to win 6 Days and 5 Nights of Luxurious Accommodations in Hawaii. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, and actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.

Participation: Participation requires signing up for the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Participants can increase their chances of winning by sharing the Promotion via the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.

Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail a maximum of four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.

Conduct and Compliance: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties. Participants guarantee that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.

Terms and Conditions Agreement: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly. The Company is allowed to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

Exclusions: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion. The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

Termination and Modification: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice. In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

Communication: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required. Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to LisaKingston@BraveHeartsTVStudios.org. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.

Legal and Tax Obligations: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
