- Introduction: The Gazz Godz Contest (referred to as 'Promotion') is organized by Gazz Godz Dispensary (referred to as 'Company'), located at The Gazz Godz Scribe, Gazz Godz Dispensary, admin@gazzgodz.com. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion ends at 20 Apr 2025 04:30pm (UTC -04:00). The Company reserves the right to change the end date at its discretion.
- Eligibility: Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and older who sign up, agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from participation.
- How to Participate: Participants can collect points by sharing the Promotion using share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link. No additional communication costs will be charged, and payment or purchase is required for participation.
- Prizes: Participants have a chance to win one Gazz Godz Olympus Experience. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, and actual versions may differ. You may gift you prize to someone else. Please contact us if you wish to gift.
- Winner Selection: The Winner of the Contest is the Participant who collected the most points via sharing and referring. The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Data Protection: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Rights of the Company: The Company reserves the right to exclude participants from the Promotion without giving any reason and at its own discretion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company can also prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to admin@gazzgodz.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
- Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
