- Promotion Name and Organizer: The name of the campaign is MemeCoin Riches Sweepstake, referred to herein as the 'Promotion'. The business executing the Promotion is Benjamin Zimmer, located at Irving, 75061, MemeCoin Riches, 1815 Estrada Pkwy, Benjamin Zimmer, travelwithbenjamin@gmail.com, referred to herein as the 'Company'.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion ends at 30 Jun 2025 09:00pm (UTC - 5).
- Participation and Eligibility: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion. Participants have a chance to win one MemeCoin Riches Grand Prize Winner!
- Increasing Chances of Winning: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion via sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail a maximum of four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Conduct and Agreement: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly. - Prize Details: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Communication Costs and Purchases: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged, and payment or purchase is required.
- Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion from Promotion: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Behavior of Prize Recipients: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
