HOW TO ENTER

No purchase or payment is required to enter or claim the reward, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of receiving the reward. To participate:

• Primary Entry: Subscribe to the Bourbon Bulletin Newsletter by completing the entry form at [insert giveaway page link], providing your name, email address, and age verification. Upon subscription, you will receive one (1) entry.
• Bonus Entries: After subscribing, participants may earn additional entries via the UpViral platform by completing the following actions:
  • Share the Giveaway link on Facebook: +4 entries per verified share.
  • Share the Giveaway link on Twitter: +2 entries per verified share.
  • Share the Giveaway link via email: +2 entries per verified share.
  • Refer a friend who subscribes to the Bourbon Bulletin Newsletter using your unique referral link: +10 entries per verified referral.
• Bonus entries are tracked automatically by UpViral. Sharing actions must comply with platform terms (e.g., Facebook’s, Twitter’s policies).

1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21+ years of age at time of entry and must provide valid contact information and verify their age upon request.
• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of Bourbon for the Cause, its partners, or UpViral (the Giveaway platform provider) are not eligible.
• Residents of states where such giveaways are restricted are ineligible.
• No purchase or payment is required to enter or claim the reward, and making a purchase will not increase your chances of receiving the reward.

2. ENTRY PERIOD

• The Giveaway begins on May 23, 2025
• The Giveaway ends at 11:59 PM CST on June 30, 2025
• All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible

3. PRIZE DETAILS

• One (1) bottle of Sazerac 18 Year Rye Whiskey (750ml)
• Approximate retail value: $1,500 USD
• The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the advertised reward becomes unavailable.
• Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize

4. WINNER SELECTION

• Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries.
• Selection will occur on or about July 1, 2025
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing.
• The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the reward, providing age verification and a valid U.S. shipping address. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot accept the reward, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion

5. ADDITIONAL RULES

• Only one primary entry per person is permitted.
• Multiple entries using different email addresses or fraudulent methods will result in disqualification.
• Bourbon for the Cause reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time
• Due to shipping restrictions, winner must provide an address in a state that legally permits alcohol delivery or arrange pickup at a licensed retailer

6. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

• Sazerac Company and Buffalo Trace Distillery are not sponsors of or affiliated with this giveaway
• Void where prohibited by law
• This promotion complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing alcohol giveaways

7. REWARD DELIVERY

The reward will be delivered via insured express shipping (signature and age verification required) to a U.S. address permitted by law within thirty (30) days of winner verification. If shipping is restricted in the winner’s state, an alternative reward (e.g., cash equivalent or substitute prize) will be provided at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner may also arrange in-person pickup at the Sponsor’s office at 16328 Muirfield Place Suite #22, Edmond, OK 73013, upon request. The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, or costs associated with the reward, including income tax, which will be reported to the IRS via Form 1099-MISC.

8. DATA PRIVACY

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, email address, phone number, age verification) as described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.bourbonforthecausevip.com/privacy-policyz. Your information will be used for Giveaway administration, winner notification, and subscription to the Bourbon Bulletin Newsletter. You may opt out of the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the emails.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bourbon for the Cause, its affiliates, and partners (including UpViral) are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the reward, except as required by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or other issues beyond its control.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway due to fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its control, with notice provided on the Giveaway page. Participants who violate these rules, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate the UpViral platform may be disqualified. The Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Giveaway.
