Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Potty Training Toddlers Sweepstake (the "Promotion"), which is operated by Mama & Co., located at 5 Birr Court, Toms River, NJ 08753.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on August 1, 2025, and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.
Eligibility: This Promotion is open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older who sign up and agree to receive promotional newsletters and emails. Employees of our company and anyone indirectly involved in the Promotion are not eligible.
- Participation: You'll have a chance to win one Potty Training Starter Bundle. Increase your chances by sharing the Promotion using our share buttons, or when someone signs up through your unique invite link. You can also earn more entries by joining our Facebook group via the link in the email.
- Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail a maximum of four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Acceptance of Terms: Participation implies agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Mama & Co. takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Modification of Terms: Mama & Co. reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Prizes: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this Promotion. There are no additional communication costs associated with participation.
- Taxes: If required by law, Mama & Co. will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion: Mama & Co. is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Termination: Mama & Co. can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to mama.co.network@gmail.com. Mama & Co. endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, Mama & Co. has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Data: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. Mama & Co. can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
