- Introduction: The Blue Book of Gun Values Sweepstake, herein referred to as 'Promotion', is executed by Blue Book of Gun Values, support@bluebookinc.com referred to as 'Company'.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion ends at 25 Aug 2025 04:30pm (UTC - 5).
- Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals who sign up for the Promotion, are 21 years of age or older, and agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved in the Promotion are excluded.
- How to Participate: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it using the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link. No additional communication costs will be charged, and no purchase is required.
- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one Sig Sauer p365 Fuse with optic. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes only, and actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail a maximum of four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result. The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Agreement to Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Taxes: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion from Participation: The Company is allowed, without providing any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Modification and Termination: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to support@bluebookinc.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
