- Promotion Name and Organizer: The Pontoon Girl® Drawing (referred to as 'Promotion') is organized by PONTOON GIRL®, LLC, located at Spring Park, 55384, referred to as 'Company'.
- Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends on 14 Aug 2025 07:30pm (UTC - 5).
- Prize Details: Participants have a chance to win one Lake Minnetonka Apron, cutting board, and two can coolers. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ.
- Increasing Chances of Winning: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it using the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail no later than four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Agreement to Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Eligibility: Participation requires signing up for the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Prize Conditions: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Cost of Participation: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required.
- Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Modification and Termination of Promotion: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Inquiries: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to roxanne@pontoongirl.com. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
