- Promotion Name and Organizer: The name of the campaign is Dunrite Detail Contest and will be referred to as the 'Promotion' throughout these Terms and Conditions. The business executing the Promotion is Dunrite Detail, located at 36 Mortson Street, Hartford, CT 06106, Dunrite Detail, supportdesk@dunritedetail.com, and will be referred to as the 'Company'.
- Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends at 12 Sep 2025 10:00am (UTC -04:00).
- Prize: Participants have a chance to win one Dunrite Deluxe Detailing Service.
- Points Collection: Participants can collect points by sharing the Promotion with share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Selection: The Winner of the Contest is the Participant who collected the most points via sharing and referring.
- Winner's Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Acceptance of Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Eligibility: Participation requires signing up for the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Prize Details: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes only; actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Participation Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged, and payment or purchase is required.
- Tax Responsibility: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion of Participants: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Promotion Changes: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions should be sent to supportdesk@dunritedetail.com. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Conduct of Prize Recipients: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
