Promotion Name and Organizer: The Promotion, referred to as the Gold Shield Tax & Insurance LLC Savings Bundle Sweepstake, is organized by Gold Shield Tax & Insurance LLC, located in Titusville, Florida. Gold Shield Tax & Insurance Team, Gold Shield Tax & Insurance LLC, info@goldshieldtax.com, hereafter referred to as 'Company'.

Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends at 30 Nov -0001 12:00am (UTC -04:00).

Prize: Participants have a chance to win one (1) Gold Shield Tax & Insurance Savings Bundle: Senior Savings Bundle, Individual Savings Bundle, or Small Business Savings Bundle.  Each Savings Bundle will include the following: tax preparation (for individuals, 1040/1040SR, and for businesses, 1065/1120/1120S), three one-hour personalized strategy sessions, a customized savings checklist, a customized savings blueprint, an insurance N.E.A.D.S. analysis, and full audit protection. Increasing Chances: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it via the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.

Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected according to whoever has amassed the most points (combination of signing up, sharing across their social media platforms, and sharing their unique link with verified referrals, as determined by the Sponsor) and will be notified by email within two business days after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.  A total of one (1) winner will be selected. Additional Sweepstakes entrants will receive prizes of lesser value for entering. 

Conduct Agreement: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Agreement with Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.

Terms Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, unless such changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

Exclusion of Certain Participants: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.

Eligibility: Participation requires signing up for the Promotion, being at least 18 years old, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion.   An “eligible entry” means an entry that complies with these Official Rules, including completion of the entry form with a valid email address and confirmation of opt-in.  Excludes Medicare and ACA health insurance inducements: Prize not contingent on Medicare enrollment; Medicare and ACA health insurance services are not offered as an inducement.  Medicare and ACA health insurance are not part of this Sweepstakes.  No purchase necessary: odds depend on entries.

Verified Referral: A “verified referral” means an individual who (i) enters the Promotion using the unique referral link of an existing participant, (ii) completes the entry form with a valid email address, (iii) confirms their opt-in, and (iv) is not flagged as fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise invalid by the Sponsor’s anti-fraud system.

Ties: In the event of a tie for the “top referrer” prize, the tied participants will be entered into a random drawing, and one (1) winner will be selected.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning one of the four (4) random prizes depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning the “top referrer” prize depend on the number of valid referrals submitted by participants.

Notification & Fulfillment: Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within seventy-two (72) hours of the Promotion's close. Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification to confirm eligibility and accept the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of notice and service delivered within ninety (90) days of confirmation, unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.

Prize Conditions: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Participation Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged, and no payment or purchase is required.

Tax Obligations: Winners receive a receipt stating $0 paid.  Prizes valued at $600 or more will require the winner to complete IRS Form W-9 before the prize can be awarded.  Company will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner receiving prizes valued at $600 or more, as required by law.  Be sure to consult your tax advisor for guidance. 

Exclusion Rights: The Company reserves the right, without providing any reason and at its discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

Modification of Promotion: The Company reserves the right to prematurely terminate, interrupt, or modify the Promotion, including the modification of prizes and rewards, at its discretion and without prior notice.

Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company reserves the right to suspend participation and/or declare participation invalid, without obligation to provide any reason.

Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.

Behavioral Agreement: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
