Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The Beach House Retreat Experience Giveaway is organized and sponsored by The Goodbye Company, www.thegoodbyecompany.com.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of countries eligible for international travel to the United States.

• Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, partners, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Goodbye Company are not eligible to win the main prize.

• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

• Start Date: October20

• End Date: November 15

• Winner Announcement: Via email and social media.

• Travel dates for the retreat will be coordinated directly with the winner and are subject to availability.

4. How to Enter

Participants may earn entries through the following methods during the giveaway period:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be notified via email and may be announced on Instagram and TikTok.

• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and a new winner may be selected.

7. Travel & Liability

• The winner is responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).

• The Goodbye Company is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or restrictions.

• By participating, entrants agree to release The Goodbye Company from any liability related to participation, travel, or prize use.

8. Publicity Consent

By entering, participants agree that The Goodbye Company may use their name, social media handle, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected will be used only for giveaway administration, prize fulfillment, and marketing (if subscribed). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

10. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misuse, bots, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.

12. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
