Terms & Conditions
  1. Introduction: These terms and conditions apply to the Fundraising Skool Waiting List (hereinafter referred to as 'Promotion') conducted by Fundraising Skool (hereinafter referred to as 'Company'). By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. Promotion Period: The Promotion ends when determined by Fundraising Skool. Participants must sign up before this date to be eligible.
  3. Eligibility: Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and older. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved in the Promotion are excluded from participation.
  4. Participation Requirements: To participate, individuals must sign up for the Promotion, agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion, and must not incur any additional communication costs as participation, payment, or purchase is required.
  5. Increased Chances: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it using the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified via email within one week after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
  7. Prizes: Participants have a chance to win one Fundraise FastTrack Bundle. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes and actual versions may differ. Prizes are personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible.
  8. Taxation: Prizes and rewards in this Promotion should be tax-free for winners but Participants agree to indemnify the Company for any taxes due by the Participants.
  9. Conduct: The winner and recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
  10. Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards; and to our affiliates.
  11. Company Rights: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company can also prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
  12. Complaints and Queries: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or the Terms and Conditions should be sent to michael@fundraisingskool.com. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
  13. Fraud and Misconduct: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
  14. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
  15. Miscellaneous: Participation implies agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The maximum liability of the Company in all circumstances (other than death, bodily personal injury and fraud) is €1.
