1. INTRODUCTION
   1. By entering the prize draw (the "Promotion"), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
   2. The Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Promotion, except for employees of the Promoter (as defined below), its group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.
   3. Entry to the Promotion opens on Monday 1st December 2025 and closes on Friday 12th December 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). No entries received after the closing time will be eligible to win a prize.
2. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION
   1. To enter the Promotion, you must submit an entry by filling out a form located at https://play.unitedrugby.com/urcxmas during the Promotion Period.
   2. Participants may gain an extra entry, to increase their chances of winning, by liking the social post, commenting #URCXMAS underneath and following any other instructions.
   3. Entries for each prize is open for a 24-hour window from 11am (GMT)/1pm (SA) each day from 1^st – 12^th December.
3. PRIZES - The following prizes are available to be won:
   1. Player of the Match medal handover sponsored by BKT. Available from Rounds 10-18 only and the participant must be aged 9 or above. The winner will select their preferred match and will receive four tickets alongside one participant handing the medal over. This prize is not eligible in South Africa and does not include travel or accommodation.
   2. A pair of tickets to any of the festive derby matches taking place over Rounds 7, 8 & 9 only. Five different winners will be drawn in total. Tickets will be sent via email within one week of the match taking place. The prize does not include travel or accommodation.
   3. Two tickets to any EPCR Round 3 or 4 EPCR fixture, subject to availability. Tickets will be sent form the EPCR team within one week of the match taking place. The prize does not include travel or accommodation
   4. €500 Amazon Voucher courtesy of Outsurance. Two different winners will be drawn in total and the vouchers will be sent within two weeks of receiving the winner's details. This prize is only available in the Northern Hemisphere.
   5. A 1-year VPN subscription courtesy of IPVanish & x2 matches tickets to a URC club match of the winner’s choice from Rounds 8 - 18 (ex. Play-Offs matches and the Grand Final). Tickets will be sent via email within one week of the match taking place and does not include travel or accommodation. The VPN will be delivered within two weeks of receiving the winner's details. This prize is only available in the Northern Hemisphere.
   6. 1 x €500 Gift Card to the Macron website, https://www.macron.com/uk/ in the Northern Hemisphere andhttps://macronsa.com in South Africa. The prize will be delivered within two weeks of receiving the winner's details. The gift card must be activated and used within three (3) months of receipt. Any unused balance after this period will expire. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative prizes.
   7. Two tickets to any 2025/26 URC Play-Off match (once the games are known), subject to availability. The prize will be sent within a week of the match taking place and does not include travel or accommodation. If unable to make any of the Play-Off matches, the winner will be able to choose a match to receive two tickets to for the 2026/27 season.
   8. A 1-year subscription to Premier Sports – available on Sky or the Premier Sports Player only. For Sky, the winner will need to provide name on account, email address, postcode and 9-digit Sky viewing card number. For Premier Sports Player, the winner will need to provide name and email associated with the account. This is available for UK customers only. If the drawn winner is from Republic or Ireland, they will win a 2026/27 URCTV Season Pass.
   9. 1 x signed BKT URC jersey from the 2024/25 season and 1 x signed BKT URC jersey from the 25/26 Season. One winner will be drawn in total. This prize is only eligible in the Northern Hemisphere.
   10. £100 (or equivalent) Gift Card to their Gilbert Rugby website, https://www.gilbertrugby.com/ in the Northern Hemisphere and   https://www.gilbertrugby.co.za/ in South Africa. The prize will be delivered within two weeks of receiving the winner's details.
   11. A hospitality experience for two to a URC match between Round 11-18, subject to availability. This does not include travel or accommodation.
   12. Two tickets to the 2025/26 URC Grand Final & a signed jersey of the winners choice courtesy Qatar Airways, subject to availability. The Grand Final tickets does not include travel or accommodation. If unable to make the Grand Final, the winner will be able to choose a match to receive two tickets to in the 2026/27 season. The signed jersey will be delivered to the winner between Jan-March 2026.
   13. (Day 1) A Vodacom URC South African team jersey of your choice. Four winners will be drawn in total, one form each club (DHL Stormers, Lions, Vodacom Bulls and Hollywoodbets Sharks). This prize is only eligible in South Africa. The jerseys will be delivered to the winners by no later than 31^st January 2026.
   14. (Day 4) ZAR10,000 Takealot Voucher courtesy of Outsurance. Two different winners will be drawn in total and the vouchers will be sent within 2 weeks of accepting the prize. This is only available in South Africa.
   15. (Day 5) A pair Castle Larger donkey tongs.....entry mechanic....prize will be sent....This is only available in South Africa.
   16. (Day 8) An 'Old School' merch hamper courtesy of SuperSport. This includes 'Old School’ x SuperSport collab quarter zip, 'Old School’ x SuperSport collab white t-shirt and based on who the winner supports, an 'Old School' Vodacom Bulls or DHL Stormers, or Hollywoodbets Sharks jersey & cap. There are no items available for the Lions. The prize will be delivered to the winner between Jan-March 2026. This prize is only eligible in South Africa.
   17. (Day 9). ZAR1,000 Fuel Voucher courtesy of Engen. Four different winners will be drawn in total and they must download the Engen App to receive the vouchers. This is only available in South Africa.
4. WINNER
   1. The winner of prizes entered will be selected at random by an automated computer programme from all eligible entries during which the 24 hour window the prize was open for.
   2. The winner of prizes will be notified by email within 48 hours after the prize window closes. The winner will be asked to respond as a way of accepting the prize and provided a timeline of when they can expect the prize delivery.
   3. Following valid acceptance of the prize, the winner may have to provide address or personal contact details for the delivery of the prize. These details will not be used for any other reason other than the prize delivery from either URC or the partner sponsoring the prize.

3. CONDITIONS
   1. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner selected at random in accordance with clause 4.1 of these terms and conditions.
   2. There is no cash alternative available. The prize is as stated and no alternatives are available. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be awarded to the winner. 
   3. The timelines for prize delivery are subject to change should there be any unforeseen logistical challenges.
   4. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place – for example, the surname and country and county of residence of the winner. Affected prize winners have the right to object to all or part of this information being published or made available – in such event they should inform the Promoter in writing. In such circumstances, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter must nevertheless still provide the information and winning entry to the ASA or equivalent regulator on request.
   5. No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries. 
   6. All costs and expenses not included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner (namely travel, food & beverages)
   7. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
      • verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence); and
      • disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.
4. LIABILITY
   1. The Promoter it is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
5. GENERAL

   2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
   3. All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by the promoter for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant. The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at https://www.unitedrugby.com/privacy-policy
   4. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law.
   5. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
