- Promotion Description: The 'Blooming.Fund Sweepstake' (hereinafter referred to as 'Promotion') is organized by Blooming.Fund Investment B.V., located at Sittard, Netherlands, 6135 KR, TeamTakeAction Blooming.Fund, Poststraat 1 (hereinafter referred to as 'Company').
- Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends at 31 Jan 2026 06:00pm (UTC +01:00).
- Participation and Eligibility: Participation requires signing up for the Promotion, being age 18 or older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from participating.
- Prize Details: Participants have a chance to win a 5-day GreenSicily Escape. Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Increasing Chances of Winning: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Conduct and Compliance: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Agreement to Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Costs and Requirements: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged. Payment or purchase is required for participation.
- Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion and Termination: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Inquiries: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to info@blooming.fund. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without the obligation of giving any reason.
- Data and Privacy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
