This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Jack’s Digital Ventures (“Sponsor”), United States. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

Promotion Period
The Promotion begins upon launch and ends on 14 Mar 2026 11:59pm at 11:59 PM local time, unless terminated or modified earlier at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Eligibility
To be eligible to participate, individuals must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation is legally permitted

Only one (1) participant per person and one (1) participant per household is permitted.
A household is defined as individuals residing at the same physical address.

Employees, contractors, or individuals directly involved with the Sponsor or administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Participants receive one (1) entry upon successfully signing up for the Promotion.

• Participants may earn additional entries for each successful referral who enters using the participant’s unique referral link.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Rules
The Promotion is intended to be fair and honest. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification:

• Signing up multiple times using different email addresses owned or controlled by the same person

• Referring oneself using one’s own referral link

• More than one participant per household

• Use of fake, disposable, temporary, automated, or fraudulent email addresses

• Use of bots, scripts, VPNs, or automated systems to manipulate entries

• Any attempt to abuse or undermine the integrity of the Promotion

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these rules at its sole discretion.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize.

The prize will be delivered electronically via standard cash payout methods.
All processing fees are covered by the Sponsor so the winner receives the full $1,000.

No substitution, transfer, or exchange of the prize is permitted.

The winner must respond to prize notification within a reasonable timeframe to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random after the Promotion ends and notified via email within 48 hours of the Promotion’s conclusion.

All decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.

Taxes
Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor Rights
The Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Verify participant eligibility

• Disqualify participants who violate these Terms and Conditions

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances compromise its integrity

• Make final and binding decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion

Data Use & Communications
By entering the Promotion, participants agree that their information may be used for:

• Administration of the Promotion

• Prize fulfillment

• Email communications related to the Promotion and related offers

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Participant data will not be sold.

Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by the Sponsor.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
