Introduction: Handsworth Golf Club's Ultimate Golf Giveaway, referred to as the 'Promotion', is executed by Handsworth Golf Club, located at Birmingham, Handsworth Wood, United Kingdom, B20 1NP, 11 Sunningdale Close, referred to as the 'Company'.

For these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Handsworth Golf Club, whose Instagram handle is @handsworth_golfclub - whose Facebook page is https://www.facebook.com/HandsworthGolfClub/ - And whose Twitter username is @HandsworthGC. The "Prize" refers to the first, second and third prizes, which are as follows:

First Prize - Two full membership packages at Handsworth Golf Club

Second Prize - Two Weekday Plus membership packages at Handsworth Golf Club

Third Prize - One Weekday Plus membership package (with the option to add a second at half price).

All discounted four-ball (rewards) are subject to course availability as determined by the Handsworth Golf Club Professional. Each player using a discounted four-ball must have a recognised World Handicap.

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We must receive all contest entries by midnight on 30th April 2026. The Promoter will randomly select three (3) winners, who will be notified in due course.

No purchase is necessary, and no entrant must pay to enter the competition.

The Promotor's competitions, with entry via Twitter, Instagram and/or Facebook, are open only to residents of the United Kingdom. The Promoter will randomly choose the three (3) prizewinners from the combined total entrants across all platforms.

Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform are not (in any way) affiliated with or involved in the competition.

Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.

Each entrant shall enter the competition by completing the form provided. The Promoter will award all prizes to randomly selected winners who have entered the competition using this form. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure to receive entries.

The Promoter takes no responsibility for any lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The name, address, email address, and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be used to fulfil the prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Promoter's decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.

The Promoter may post the prizewinner's names and social media usernames on the Promoter's social media profiles after the winners are randomly selected.

1. Promotion Period: The Promotion ends at 30 Apr 2026 11:59pm (UTC +01:00).
2. Eligibility: Participation requires signing up for the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
3. Participation: Participants have a chance to win one of three prizes in Handsworth’s Ultimate Golf Giveaway. Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
4. Winner Selection: The Winners will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail a maximum of four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
5. Compliance: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
6. Agreement: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
7. Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
8. Prize Details: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ. Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
9. Costs and Taxes: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required. If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
10. Exclusion and Termination: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
11. Complaints: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to team@handsworthgc.co.uk. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
12. Fraud Prevention: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
13. Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
14. Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
15. Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
