Eco Rangers Founder Whitelist Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

   This campaign is operated by Otter Oasis.

2. Campaign Overview

   Participants may enter the Eco Rangers Founder Whitelist Campaign for an opportunity to secure one of 100 Founder Whitelist Positions for the Eco Rangers NFT Collection.

3. Eligibility

   Participants must provide a valid email address to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or manipulated entries may be removed at the discretion of Otter Oasis.

4. Campaign Period

   The campaign opens on the date published on the campaign page and closes on the date displayed by the campaign countdown timer. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Whitelist Positions
   Founder Whitelist holders will receive:

   A total of 100 Founder Whitelist Positions are available.

• Access to the Founder Whitelist mint phase
• Discounted mint price of $85 per Eco Rangers NFT
• Early access before the public mint phase
• Founder Ranger recognition
• Access to applicable Eco Rangers utility and Membership Reward Power benefits
  Founder Whitelist status does not guarantee NFT ownership. Winners must still complete their NFT purchase during the whitelist mint period.

6. Winner Selection

   Founder Whitelist Positions will be awarded to the top 100 participants based on campaign points recorded through the campaign platform. Points may be awarded for campaign activities such as referrals and other qualifying actions. Otter Oasis reserves the right to review and remove fraudulent, automated, spam, or manipulated entries before final selection.

7. Notifications

   Winners will be contacted using the email address provided during registration. Participants are responsible for ensuring their email address is valid and accessible.

8. No Cash Alternative

   Founder Whitelist Positions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, or substituted for cash or other products.

9. Campaign Changes

   Otter Oasis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if circumstances arise that are outside its reasonable control.

10. Privacy

    Information submitted through this campaign may be used to communicate campaign updates, Eco Rangers news, and Otter Oasis ecosystem announcements. Participant information will not be sold to third parties.

11. Acceptance

    By entering the campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
