GREEN THUMB GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Green Thumb Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Athena Ag, Inc., its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on 7/15/26 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on 7/21/26 at 11:59 PM EST("Giveaway Period").
3. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, visit https://upvir.al/168785/lp168785 and submit your email address to receive one (1) entry. Entrants may receive additional entries by completing the eligible bonus entry methods identified on the Giveaway entry page, including following designated YARDi social media accounts and referring eligible friends who successfully enter the Giveaway. No purchase is required.
4. Prizes: Five (5) winners will be selected. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize package described on the Giveaway entry page, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $500+. Four (4) additional winners will receive the applicable prize packages described on the Giveaway entry page, with ARVs ranging from $100+ to $350+. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Odds: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of entries earned by each entrant.
6. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require verification of eligibility before awarding a prize.
7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated entry methods, or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. Privacy: Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and for administration of the Giveaway.
10. Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
11. Social Media Disclaimer: This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from any responsibility or liability associated with the Giveaway.
