- Promotion Name: The name of the campaign is TW Digital's Sweepstake and will be referred to as 'Promotion' in these Terms and Conditions.
- Company Information: The business executing the Promotion is TW Digital, located at Texas, United States, and will be referred to as 'Company' in these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotion Duration: The Promotion does not have a defined end date. It ends when the Promotion website shows 'Campaign Closed'. The Company can close the Promotion anytime without giving prior notice.
- Reward Unlocking: A Participant unlocks the reward Promotional Ads Accelerator when five of their friends sign up via their unique invite link.
- Conduct Agreement: The recipient of the reward agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Acceptance of Terms: Participation implies agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Modification of Terms: The Company is allowed to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Participation Requirements: Participation requires signing up to the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion.
- Exclusion of Employees: Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Reward Representation: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes; actual versions may differ.
- Prize Exchange: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.
- Communication Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required.
- Taxation: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion Rights: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.
- Promotion Modification: The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Queries: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to tywllmsjr@gmail.com. The Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.
- Violation Handling: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Conduct at Locations: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
