OFFICIAL RULES — GEAR INFUSION TITANIUM GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Gear Infusion Titanium Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Concept 180, doing business as Gear Infusion, located at 5774 Easton Rd #7, Plumsteadville, PA 18949 (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on October 4, 2026 and ends on November 1, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries must be received before the Promotion closes on November 1, 2026. All times associated with the Promotion are Eastern Time unless otherwise stated.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the Promotion entry page and submit a valid email address using the entry form.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Limit one initial entry per person/email address. Additional eligible entries may be earned through the referral and sharing opportunities described below.
5. Bonus Entries and Referrals
After entering, each participant will receive a unique referral link.
For each eligible person who successfully enters the Promotion through a participant's unique referral link, the referring participant will receive 50 additional entries.
Participants may also be offered opportunities to earn additional entries by completing eligible sharing actions displayed on the Promotion page. The number of additional entries available for each action will be disclosed when the action is offered.
Fraudulent, automated, duplicate, fake, self-referrals, or otherwise manipulated referrals or entries may be invalidated at Sponsor's discretion.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Titanium Bundle, with an approximate retail value of $300+, including:
Hitchhiker Lanyard; Brew Soldier Bottle Opener; GhostTi Utility Knife; EverRatchet Ratcheting Multitool; Everyday Carabiner; five (5) Titanium Rings; Paracord Lanyard with Titanium Bead; Infinity Pencil; and 3D-Printed Gear Tray.
Actual product colors, finishes, configurations, and other details may vary from promotional images based on availability. No cash substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Eligible bonus entries earned through referrals and other qualifying actions are included in the drawing. Therefore, participants who earn additional entries will have additional chances in the random drawing.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering.
The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, is found to be ineligible, cannot be contacted, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including eligible bonus entries earned during the Promotion Period.
10. Email Communications
By entering, participants acknowledge that Sponsor may send emails related to the Promotion, including entry confirmation, referral activity, Promotion reminders and updates, winner notification, and related Gear Infusion communications.
Marketing emails from Gear Infusion will include a method for recipients to unsubscribe from future marketing communications.
11. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase a participant's chances of winning.
12. Fraud and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that Sponsor reasonably believes involves fraud, manipulation, automated entries, fake accounts, duplicate identities, self-referrals, abusive referral practices, violation of these Official Rules, or attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the Promotion.
13. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other obligations associated with acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent applicable.
14. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the fairness, integrity, security, or proper operation of the Promotion.
If the Promotion is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received prior to termination, where appropriate and permitted by law.
15. Privacy
Personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Gear Infusion's Privacy Policy and may be used to administer the Promotion and communicate with participants as described in these Official Rules.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, representatives, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by law.
17. General Conditions
Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Promotion and these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
