Please confirm you agree to these terms and conditions and then you'll be diverted to an optional payment form if you want to upgrade, then a form to get your personalized link to the live classes sent to you.

The most important to know is that the there is no fee for the first 7 days but you can upgrade for a 10 day trial for £1 after which time it will rise to the level in the clause below. Payment will be taken by direct debit.

At the appropriate time links for payment will be sent to you.

• These terms and conditions also apply during a free trial, complimentary membership, gift membership or free prize membership.
•  This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process
•  This agreement will become binding on you and us
• You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the Type of Membership chosen
• You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.
• The client has filled in a medical screening form.
• The client has filled in a waiver form.

Fees

• There is no fee for the first 7 days but you can upgrade to a 10 day trial for £1.
• After that a payment of £7.50 per week will be taken every Monday by direct debit.
• If you free trial ends either on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday then you will be sent a link to pay a fee of either £7,£6, £6, £4, £3, £2 or £1 respectively by direct debit.
•  You can notify us instead if you want that sum taken on the 1^st of the following month for an admin fee of £2.
•  If you recruit anybody you will be paid a fee of 50p per month but if you are a full paying customer you will get £1 per month for everybody you sign up so long as the person you recruit remains a full paying member.
•  There is no limit to how many people you can recruit.
• Payment will be made one month after the member has paid their fees.
• The fee is £30.07 per calendar month on a 6 month contract,£40.07 per month on a month to month contract. The default setting is £30.07per month on a 6 month contract taken by a weekly payment of £7.50 every Monday.
•  These fees start after a free trial, complimentary membership, gift membership or free prize membership.
• If you are looking to upgrade your membership there is no admin fee charged at the point at which you upgrade.
•  If any payment is returned unpaid or any cheque is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you may have to pay us on demand an administration fee of £5. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole election, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so. We may present an option to reduce the administration fee if the outstanding amount is paid online within 7 days of becoming due.
• You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the Members Details provided.

Changes

•  From time to time we may need to increase the price of membership.  We will give you at least 1 full months' notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules.  If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.
•  If changes occur to your terms and conditions you will be informed.

Non attendance

• There is no refund for non-attendance.
• Should you be unable to attend due to illness then a doctors note will be required. We may at our discretion give a refund. More than likely we will give you free membership  in lieu of the period you were unable to attend due to medical incapacitation. For example if you broke your leg and you were unable to train for 3 months we would stop your direct debit for 3 months and give you 3 months at no charge. Each case will be taken on a case by case basis.

Cancellation

• You may terminate your membership at any point by informing us in writing with a signed letter.
• You have a 14 day cooling off period but should you take part in any class during your those fourteen days then the first payment is non-refundable. The time of any free trial, complimentary membership, gift membership or prize membership includes these 14 days. So for example you won a 21 day free trial you the cooling off period would have expired by the time the 21 days were over.
•  In such circumstances your membership will remain in force until the day before your next payment is due, at which point it will automatically terminate.
• You must be over 18 years of age.
• You will not allow anyone under the age of 18 to take part in the classes.
•  You will not allow anyone to take part in the class without pre-screening and proper payment.
•  We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced.
•  There may be occasions when classes may not be available. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. We will use all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that such closures are outside of peak visiting hours and are kept to a minimum, in both duration and frequency. You will not be entitled to a refund of part of, or all of, your membership fees in such circumstance
• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.
•  As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
•  This agreement is governed by English Law.
•  We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of these terms.
•  You accept that if you take part in our online streamed fitness classes then you absolve us of all responsibility for any harm that may occur to you by exercising in your own premises or any premises you choose to exercise in.
•  If there is any change in your medical condition you will speak to us before engaging in any form of exercise.
• You agree not to take any form of action (legal or otherwise) against us in case any harm of any description that may occur to you by exercising in your own premises or any premises you choose to exercise in.
•  You will not consent to any form of action (legal or otherwise) against us in case any harm of any description that may occur to you by exercising in your own premises or any premises you choose to exercise in initiated by a third party.
