Promotion Definition: The campaign known as Sun Absorbed Travel Sweepstake is hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion'.

Company Definition: Sun Absorbed LLC, located at Jamaica, 10962 Francis Lewis Blvd., Sun Absorbed LLC, is hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'.

Promotion Ending Date: The Promotion ends at 18 Mar 2024 12:00am (UTC - 5).

Prize: Participants have a chance to win one Exclusive City Break.

Participation and Chance Increase: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it with the share buttons or if someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.

Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail maximum four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.

Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Agreement to Terms: Participation implies agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.

Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.

Eligibility Requirements: Participation requires signing up to Promotion, being age 18 and older, agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to Promotion.

Exclusions: Employees of Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from Promotion.

Prize Illustrations: Images and descriptions of the rewards or prizes are for illustrative purposes, actual versions may differ.

Prize Exchange: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable for money.

No Additional Costs: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required.

Taxes: If required by law, Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.

Exclusion Rights: Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from Promotion if Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

Promotion Interruption: Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt or change Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.

Complaint Procedure: Complaints or questions about Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to travel@sunabsorbed.com. Company endeavours to respond within 10 working days.

Violation and Fraud: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.

Participant Information: Participants guarantee that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. Company can provide this information to third parties if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.

Prize Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.

Void Provisions: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
