- Promotion Name and Organizer: The name of the campaign is Restored Ministries Cash Giveaway Contest, referred to as the "Promotion" herein. Restored Ministries is located in Edmonton, Canada (6875 Evans Wynd NW,
Edmonton, AB T6M 0T6), and is referred to as the "Company" herein. The supporting organization managing this promotion on behalf of Restored Ministries is Goodfluence UpViral Charity Sweepstakes. - Promotion Duration: The Promotion ends at midnight MST 31 August 2025.
- Prize Details: Participants have a chance to win one of 14 cash prizes ($600 CAD total).
- Increasing Chances of Winning: Participants can increase their chances of winning the Promotion by sharing it with the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The 14 winners will be selected using a points-earned system and will be notified by email a maximum of four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
- Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of Restored Ministries and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Agreement to Terms: Participation implies agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.
- Amendment of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving prior notice, unless these changes are to the disadvantage of the participant.
- Eligibility: Participation requires signing up for the Promotion, being age 18 and older, and agreeing to receive newsletters and emails in relation to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from the Promotion.
- Prize Exchange: Exchanging or returning prizes is not possible. The prize is personal and not transferable or exchangeable.
- Communication Costs and Purchase Requirement: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged, and no payment or purchase is required.
- Tax Obligations: Cash prizes in this promotion are tax-free for winners.
- Exclusion and Termination: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if these Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision. The Company can prematurely terminate, interrupt, or change the Promotion and/or modify prizes and rewards at its own discretion and without prior notice.
- Complaints and Questions: Complaints or questions about the Promotion or Terms and Conditions should be sent to matt@restoredministries.ca. The Company endeavors to respond within 10 working days.
- Fraud and Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud, or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
- Personal Data: Participants guarantee that personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date, and complete. The Company can provide this information if this is necessary for the provision or the delivery of prizes or rewards.
- Recipient Conduct: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
- Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
