Our Voices Contest Official Rules ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Entry to this competition is void where prohibited or restricted by local law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at 05:30 a.m. EST on 12th August 2022 and ends at 12:00 p.m. BST on 20th September 2022 (the "Contest Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Contest Period. HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, participants must use the campaign link to submit their email addresses and earn points by: Signing up for the contest (5 points) Listening to a full episode of Our voices on Apple Podcast or Spotify (9 points each) Clicking the 'Follow' button on Apple Podcasts (5 points) Clicking the 'Follow' button on Spotify (5 points) Leaving a review for the Our Voices podcast on Apple podcasts (5 points) Leaving a review for the Our Voices podcast on Spotify (5 points) Turning on notifications for the Our Voices podcast on Spotify (2 points) Following Our Voices on Instagram (2 points) Following Our Voices on Twitter (2 points) Signing up for the Our Voices newsletter (7 points) Referring someone else to this competition (25 points) WINNER SELECTION: One grand-prize winner will be determined by Fascinate Productions based on the highest number of points earned by each entrant. The three people with the most points other than the winner will also be awarded the secondary prize detailed below. The potential winners will be notified via email on September 21, 2022. The selection will be conducted by Fascinate Productions, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Fascinate may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by the panel of judges. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: The winners will receive one of the following prizes (or cash equivalent only for those where shipping is unavailable). The grand-prize winner will also receive the secondary prize, along with the 3 runners-up. All taxes on prizes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, Fascinate Productions reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST FASCINATE PRODUCTIONS OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Fascinate Productions all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the Contest entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. Entries must not infringe upon the legal rights, including copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any other person or entity. If potential winners do not respond to notification or are not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prizes will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
