CETI OFFICIAL SCHOLARSHIP RULES - CANCER EXERCISE SPECIALIST TRAINING

1. Eligibility
Eligible to all participants 18 years or older. CETI employees, as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and employees’ immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the scholarship program. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsorship
This giveaway/contest is sponsored by CETI (thecancerspecialist.com). The scholarship campaign will be conducted according to the CETI Official Scholarship Rules.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating in this giveaway/contest, all participants agree to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions. Sponsor has the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion. Participants agree to accept all decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The promotion period for this scholarship program will run from December 23, 2022 through 11:28pm Pacific time on December 31, 2022. Applications/Entries and point values will be collected during this time period. The scholarship winners will be determined by Sponsor after reviewing applications, and partial scholarships will be determined according to valid points collected during the promotion time period.
5. How to Enter
All participants can enter the scholarship program at https://upvir.al/117663/cetischolarship using our promotion platform. One entry allowed per person, one set of point values allowed per person. Entries or point values determined to be fraudulent or circumventing the rules by the platform or by manual review may result in Sponsor invalidating a participant’s application/entry or entries. Entries and point values will be tallied according to the Sponsor’s Official Rules.
6. Prizes
The following scholarships will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor based on completed application forms:
100% Scholarship: Can be used for eithe the Cancer Exercise Specialist Live Virtual Training Program from January 1-31, or for the Cancer Exercise Specialist Advanced Qualification self-study course, both available at cet.teachable .com.
The Value of the live training program and additional materials is $1647, and offered in January at $559. The value of the self-study program is $749 and offered in July at $510. Full and partial scholarship awards will be applied to the January enrollment prices of $559 and $510 depending on participant’s course selection for scholarship.
CETI will provide the following scholarships on January 31:

All participants are eligible to use the January coupon code of 23START to enroll in the Live Virtual Training Program (Jan 1-31) for $559 and the Self-study course for $510.
All participants with valid entries and who collect valid points are eligible for the following rewards upon collecting the listed point values:
20 POINTS: All participants who sign up and earn 20 valid points will receive the July coupon 21BIZJULY that can be used to purchase programs for $549 or $502, or additionally select payment plans that start with a first payment of $11.
120 POINTS: All participants who sign up and earn 120 valid points will receive an email coupon that can be used to purchase programs for $449 or $402, or additionally select discounted payment plans.
220 POINTS: All participants who sign up and earn 220 valid points will receive an email coupon that can be used to purchase programs for $349 or $302, or additionally select discounted payment plans.
320 POINTS: All participants who sign up and earn 320 valid points will receive an email coupon that can be used to purchase programs for $249 or $202, or additionally select discounted payment plans.
420 POINTS: All participants who sign up and earn 420 valid points will receive an email coupon that can be used to purchase programs for $149 or $102, or additionally select discounted payment plans.
520 POINTS or more: All participants who sign up and earn 520 valid points or more will receive an email coupon that can be used to enroll in either of the 2 Cancer Exercise Specialist programs at no charge.
All points and coupons must be redeemed with a course enrollment by January 1, 2023. All coupons expire on January 2, 2023 at 11:59pm.
Scholarship awards/coupons are non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute courses at its sole discretion. Acceptance of scholarships, prizes or rewards grants Sponsor permission to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
Total scholarship/award values will be discounted to $599 or less. Any prizes accepted over $600 will require Sponsor to collect the winner’s social security number and issue a 1099 for tax purposes.
7. Odds
The odds of being awarded full or partial scholarships based on the application is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Participants may guarantee various scholarship levels by sharing and earning points. All participants have the opportunity to earn partial and full scholarships by signing up and obtaining points.
8. Selection and Notification of the Scholarships
Scholarship recipients will be selected for the Sponsor selected scholarships on December 30/31 and announced December 30/31/Jan 1. For scholarship awards obtained via points, scholarship recipients will receive notification up until Dec 31 at 11:59pm Pacific with coupons that can be used for full /partial scholarship for the scholarship courses and will be notified by the email submitted in the promotion platform. All participants will receive emails from the platform when reward levels are reached. Scholarship recipients based on application will have until January 2 to respond and claim scholarship for Live Virtual Training beginning January 2, and until January 9 for late entry into the program. Recipients may forfeit the scholarshp if Sponsor does not receive an acceptance response by 11:59pm on January 9, 2023. Sponsor may select alternate recipients if scholarships are not accepted by the Jan 9 deadline.
Sponsor is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address, or if email security settings caused the prize/reward notifications to go into the spam or junk folder.
Eligibility and receipt of the prize is subject to compliance with federal, state, and local laws, etc.
9. Rights Granted by the Entrant
Participant grants Sponsor the following rights upon submission of an entry into the giveaway or contest. Sponsor has the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes and trade without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
10. Terms & Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the scholarship program.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms. Sponsor has the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering the scholarship program this constitutes participant’s agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, vendors and marketing suppliers against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.
12. Disputes
All disputes will be handled according to the laws of Oregon. Participant agrees, as a condition of participating in the promotion, that disputes not resolved between the participant and Sponsor shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Oregon, without resorting to any form of class action. Participant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

This Sponsor content/giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Apple, Shopify, Whatsapp, Instagram, UpViral, Pinterest or other social media platforms.
The sharing capabilities of the promotion and earning points are subject to participant providing valid social media promotion information to the channels provided in the promotion platform.
16. Affirmation of Acceptance of and Agreement to All of the Official Rules
By entering the scholarship program/giveaway/contest, participant has affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
