Terms & Conditions – Worldwide $500 Amazon Gift Card Raffle

This promotion (“Raffle”) is organized by Pinnacle Insider, (“Promoter”).
1. No Facebook or Amazon Affiliation
This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Amazon.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Amazon.
2. Eligibility
Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
Entries open on 20/08/2025 and close on 27/9/2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).
Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
Complete the entry form at upvir.al/165834/lp165834 with a valid email address.
Optional actions (such as sharing the promotion, following on social media, etc.) may provide additional entries but are not required to enter.
No purchase necessary.
5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive a $500 Amazon Gift Card, 1 winner of $50 gift card and 1 winner of another $50 gift card (or local currency equivalent where Amazon gift cards are unavailable).
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Amazon is not affiliated with or sponsoring this raffle.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using an independent randomization method.
Winner will be notified via the email address provided within 7 days of the raffle closing date.
If no response is received within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
Prize will be delivered digitally to the winner’s email within 14 days after confirmation.
Promoter is not responsible for email delivery failures caused by incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.
8. Publicity Consent
By entering, you consent to the Promoter announcing your first name and country in relation to the raffle result.
No additional personal details will be published without your explicit consent.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data will be collected for the purpose of administering this raffle and contacting the winner.
Data will be stored securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to operate the raffle or comply with legal obligations.

Data will be retained for no more than 12 months unless you opt in to receive marketing communications.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for:
Lost, late, or misdirected entries.
Technical issues that may affect entry submission or winner notification.
Any inability of the winner to receive or use the prize due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
11. Governing Law
This raffle is governed by the laws of your country, except where prohibited.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of your country.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this raffle.
