• INTRODUCTION

  1. By entering the prize draw (the "Promotion"), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Promotion, except for employees of the Promoter (as defined below), its group companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.
  3. Entry to the Promotion opens on Thursday 5th February 2026 and closes on Wednesday 18th February 2026 at 23:59 GMT. No entries received after the closing time will be eligible to win a prize.

• HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION

  1. Submitting an entry by filling out a form located at https://upvir.al/167490/6Nticketsurcgilbert during the Promotion Period. All entrants must choose which of the two games they would like to win tickets to.

• PRIZE

  1. The following prize is available to be won: A pair of tickets to either Ireland vs Wales at the Aviva Stadium on Friday 6th March or Wales vs Italy at the Principality Stadium on Saturday 14th March. This prize does not include travel, accommodation or anything other than the pair of tickets to the specific matches.

• WINNERS

  1. There will be two winners in total, one to each game. The winners will be selected at random by an automated computer programme from all eligible entries on Thursday 19th Fabruary 2026.
  2. The winners will be notified by email between from the United Rugby Championship. The winner will be required to accept the prize by responding to the email with the knowledge that there is no travel or accommodation included in the prize.
  3. If the winners accepts the prize, their details will be passed on to Gilbert Rugby to provide the tickets. The winners can expect to receive these by within two weeks of the match they have tickets to.

• CONDITIONS

  1. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner selected at random in accordance with clause 4.1 of these terms and conditions.

  2. There is no cash alternative available.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place – for example, the surname and country and county of residence of the winner. Affected prize winners have the right to object to all or part of this information being published or made available – in such event they should inform the Promoter in writing. In such circumstances, entrants acknowledge that the Promoter must nevertheless still provide the information and winning entry to the ASA or equivalent regulator on request.
  4. No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.
  5. All costs and expenses not included within the prize are the responsibility of the winner (namely travel, food & beverages)
  6. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
     • verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence); and
     • disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.

     2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by the promoter for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant. The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at https://www.unitedrugby.com/privacy-policy
     4. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law.
     5. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these terms and conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
